Q: I bought my tickets at the online ticket office but I haven't received them?
A: Your tickets are sent in just a few minutes. Have you looked in your junk mail? You can also download your tickets in your customer area by going to the number of your order / file. If in spite of everything you do not find them, do not hesitate to contact us or to come to the cash desk with the payment receipt.
Q : What means of payment do you accept?
A : We accept cash and credit cards.
Q : I am pregnant, what attractions can I do?
A : For reasons of safety and health of expectant mothers and your future baby, most attractions are not accessible to pregnant women.
Q: And what is the rate?
A : We have decided to apply a usual rate for pregnant women, we do not want to get into a debate about who is pregnant or not, nor do we want to ask for proof of pregnancy. This is not obvious for everyone, but for us it's a question of respect for privacy.
Q : Can I buy the family pass at the cashier's desk?
A : No, this is an online special offer. Entrance to the park must be in a single pass for all 5 people.
In contrast, the seasons pass can be purchased at the park entrance.
Q : Does the Family Pass for 5 people include only 5 adults?
A : No, the Family Pass includes 5 people, adults and children combined.
Q : I bought a Family Pass for 5 people, but the 5 people won't come at the same time, is it possible?
A : No, this is not possible, the 5 people must pass at the same time at the entrance. You have 1 ticket for 5 people.
Q : Is Free entrance for children subject to conditions?
A : Yes, it’s free of charge for a child under 1 meter accompanied by an adult paying a full price ticket, be it a regular ticket, an employees committees’ ticket or a pass within the limit of a free child entrance for a paying adult entrance.
Q : Can the price of a ticket change from one day to another ?
A : Yes, but only for corporate groups (minimum of 20 people). For individual tickets, the price is the same regardless of the day of the week. However, sometimes we propose special offers throughout the season. To be informed, please join our Facebook page and subscribe to our newsletter.
Q : Does the Park provides swimwear for water attractions?
A : No, it is mandatory to bring your personal swimwear to access those attractions.
Q : Can we have lunch inside the Park?
A : Yes, Sandwiches, burgers, ice-cream are available from various food outlets in the Park. For people wishing to picnic, picnic areas are available outside the park.
Q : Are we allowed to come back inside if we go out ?
A : Yes, you can go out momentarily if you get ''stamped" before you leave.
Q : Are animals allowed in the park?
A : Unfortunately, animals are no longer accepted in the Park, even on a leash !
Q : Can I be shirtless or in a swimsuit in the Park ?
A : For reasons of hygiene and safety, it is forbidden to be shirtless or in a bathing suit on the Park !
Q : Is there a rate for people with disabilities ?
A : Yes, you can benefict from a rate of 17€ on presentation of a receipt, to be presented at the Par'ks ticket office.
